Who we are
This website, rhlweb.com, is operated by RHL Web. We process personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information you give us
When you send a request through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, company, country, the service you are interested in, your estimated budget and your message.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, we also record the page you sent it from, the page that referred you to our site, and the country associated with your connection. To protect the form from spam and abuse, we store a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address. We do not store your IP address in readable form.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single essential cookie is used only to keep our own administrators signed in to the site's management area. If the form is protected by an anti-spam check, that service may process technical information about your browser to tell people from automated traffic.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis

- Email delivery providers, used to notify us when a new request arrives.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the business relationship and for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect it
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to stored requests is restricted to authorized administrators and protected by authentication.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to correct it, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us by email at info@rhlweb.com or through the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the Philippines, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Visitors in the EU or UK may contact their local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
